For all you Lexus owners out there needing original Lexus parts this is the real deal!! Okay, so I knocked the spoiler off my 2 week old Lexus GX470 - - it was a clean break so I knew all I needed was the spoiler. I found your website on a Lexus forum. Luis S. in your parts department helped my order the part. You guys saved me $100 off the price of the spoiler from a Lexus dealership!!!! I paid $18 for UPS ground shipping to NY and I had the part 7 business days from my order - - DYN-O-MITE!! The spoiler came already painted to match my vehicle and my brother will perform the quick install!! I will make sure to tell all my Lexus friends about your parts store!!! Would like to say thank you Ceasar for the wonderful customer service. I have received my muffler and it looks great. Have an appointment on 3-16-07 to have it installed. last week. Handling is greatly improved without detracting from the
'Lexus ride' quality [my wife says the cars seems 'smoother' - probably

Never felt rushed |
I called today 02/20/06 all the way from Houston, TX and felt like I received the same customer service as if I was standing your parts department with cash in hand. Luis answered all of my questions and dealt with my automotive ignorance. I could tell it was busy in the background but, never felt rushed at all. I will be back when it is time to make a purchase. Please let him know of my comments

Helped me out |
I called looking for a flywheel for my 2002 IS300. Even though your store did not carry the part I was looking for Louis really helped me out by trying to look everywhere to see what other flywheels were available and where I could find one. He didn't mind spending time and going to the trouble of searching for a difficult part to find for me even though it wasn't his problem. I really appreciated his help today. Its a great store. I have purchased here before and I'll purchase here again! -Doug
